Dr. Roni Munk

Dr. Roni Munk is a highly respected cosmetic dermatologist and the founder of MunkMD, a leading clinic in Montreal specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. After earning his medical degree from McGill University in 2008 and completing a 5-year residency in dermatology, he pursued a fellowship in Cosmetic and Laser Dermatology at the University of Ottawa.

Dr. Munk’s expertise in facial aesthetics is well recognized, particularly in the advanced MD Codes technique, which he mastered under the guidance of Dr. Mauricio De Maio. In 2021, he became an official MD Codes trainer for Allergan, sharing his expertise in facial injectables with professionals across Canada. In 2023, Dr. Munk joined the Dermapure network, further expanding his reach and influence in the field of aesthetics.

Committed to advancing education and excellence in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Munk recently founded IGNYT Academy, an advanced injectable training institution dedicated to educating and mentoring healthcare professionals in the latest techniques, safety protocols, and best practices in facial aesthetics.
