Ario Khoshbin

Ario Khoshbin is the Founder of Phiusion Labs, a company at the forefront of next-generation aesthetic technologies. An accomplished entrepreneur, Ario previously founded and led Prollenium Medical, where he built one of the world’s most successful medical aesthetics companies and the only North American manufacturer of dermal fillers. Under his leadership, Prollenium expanded into more than 80 countries, earning a reputation for innovation, quality, and global impact.

Ario’s journey began far from the boardroom. Born in Iran, his family fled the country in 1979 following the Iranian Revolution, when the Bahá’í community faced systemic persecution by the regime. They arrived in Canada with nothing more than a few suitcases, starting over from scratch. That experience of displacement and resilience shaped Ario’s worldview and fueled his drive to build, innovate, and create opportunities.

Above all, Ario is a devoted family man. His three boys are the love of his life and his greatest inspiration. Following his son’s autism diagnosis, he has become a strong advocate for the autistic community, using his voice and platform to promote awareness, inclusion, and meaningful support.
