Dr. Kian Karimi is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon, specializing in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He holds dual board certifications in facial plastic surgery and head and neck surgery. Born and raised in Indiana, he completed his undergraduate studies with two degrees in Biochemistry and Spanish, graduating with high honors at just twenty years old. Dr. Kian then pursued his medical education at Indiana University School of Medicine, where he graduated at the top of his class, earning him a place in the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, an honor bestowed to the top 10% of medical students nationwide.

After his studies, Dr. Kian furthered his surgical experience at the University of Florida where he did a five-year residency in otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat) and head and neck surgery. During his residency, he performed an impressive number of over 2000 procedures. Dr. Kian’s excellent performance didn’t go unnoticed, as he was acknowledged with multiple awards. He was three times chosen as Resident Teacher of the Year, by the University of Florida College of Medicine and the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Kian is also certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is a member of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS).
