Dr. Mirko Gilardino

Dr. Mirko Gilardino is the former Chief of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the McGill University Health Centre and a Professor of Surgery at McGill University. He is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon recognized by the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. In addition to obtaining a Masters Degree in Experimental Surgical Research, Dr. Gilardino completed an extra year of fellowship training in Complex Craniofacial Surgery at the world-renowned Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania.

From 2008 to 2025, Dr. Gilardino served as the Director of the H.B. Williams Craniofacial and Cleft Surgery Unit at the Montreal Children’s Hospital where he performed complex pediatric craniofacial reconstruction. Dr. Gilardino is the medical director and owner of Clinique Le 1620, a private cosmetic clinic, and has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic plastic surgery.
