Lauren Gardstrom

Lauren Gardstrom, MSN, APRN, NP-C, CANS, is a dedicated, board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of clinical experience across women’s health, pain management, biologic therapy, and family medicine. She holds a BS in Health Sciences and is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), actively contributing to the advancement of aesthetic nursing and patient care. Lauren’s wealth of knowledge, combined with her compassion, allows her to provide exceptional care while shaping the future of the field.

As a nurse educator, Lauren is deeply passionate about teaching and curriculum development. She is the creator of Sculptra and hyper-dilute Radiesse courses at The Confidence Lab and serves as a key educator in the Introduction to Aesthetics program. Lauren is particularly passionate about teaching advanced lip techniques, helping others perfect their craft and create natural, beautiful results for all lip shapes. Her teaching philosophy fosters a supportive, collaborative learning environment where evidence-based practices and patient-centered care are prioritized, empowering practitioners to excel and elevate the standards of care in aesthetics.
